Kratis Advisory Ltd was formed by a team who draw on over 28 years’ collective experience in the financial services industry spanning Financial & Business Advisory, Treasury Operations, Project Management, Training, Retail Credit, Research and Entrepreneurship.

Our consultants have been involved in advisory engagements for clients with combined annual turnovers exceeding KES 3 Billion, and assets exceeding KES 30 Billion. We have been engaged in successful turnaround and strategic engagements generating growth for our clients.
